The new mural depicting Lena Flaiskey Becker, aka Eva Davenport, will be unveiled at the Bookmine during the Cottage Grove Art Walk on Friday, September 30 at 6:30 pm. All of the Partners In History have been invited to have a table on North 7th Street between Main Street and the alley, and the Cottage Grove Genealogical Society will be participating, as well. Lena Flaiskey Becker only lived here a short time, but she is woven into our collective history.
